I run a 12 Team Dynasty Half-PPR TEP SF IDP league with 50 player rosters. 5 round rookie drafts with order decided by lottery with MPF standings factoring into lottery odds for the bottom 6 teams. Non-Snaking. League formed last season (2025-2026).
I have a trade sitting in my inbox and I’m heavily considering it. Not a fan of JJ, but can’t deny his talent, age, and upside going into this season with Kyler. I expect AJ to do big things this year too when he is inevitably traded, but long term JJ will have the advantage for production, and probably in the short term too.
I struggle with trading high value picks, and 2027 should be a great year for the draft. My receiver room is already stacked, so not sure this is necessary to begin with in terms of maintaining the team build opportunities with the 2027 1st, and getting marginally better immediately.
Either way, I want to retain my best 4 picks this year which is the 1.01 (J Love), 2.01, 3.01, 3.02. I am going to counter with the 3.08 instead of my 3.02 if I decide to make a play for this. I drafted my team to be good 2-3 years down the road—second youngest team in the league. Curious to hear some thoughts about this.
