What should i do? Stay in my family business or leave

I work in a family business started 30 years ago where two siblings are partners. Partner A ( my father ) and B( my uncle). They started from scratch and had an arrangement and ran it themselves. Took less risks, less growth, lived for the day and it was all good. I joined in 10 years later as a fresh grad and learnt the ropes from them.

Partner Bs son who is much younger joins the business 5 years ago. The brothers are getting old and have some differences between them once in a while on the way things are run. business is good things are pretty much run by my dad now.

I am trying to look into the future to see if there is a way i could work with my cousin but feel that there is a lack of trust and disconnect between both the families. the work ethic is lacking in the cousin

I am confused about what to do. Should i stay or venture on my own?

I am comfortable given the way the business has grown and am a bit worried about starting from scratch all over again if i were to do it on my own. But i dont see much of a future the way things are going as there is no plan for the future of this business.

one partner takes a salary but he isn't active anymore in the business. the other is active but i don't see him wanting to go full steam in the years to come.

is Micron Technology a Hold or Sell at its current levels? (MU)

I am holding MU ( Micron Technology) from 250 and its shot up all the way to the current crazy figure. Does it look like hold or sell currently given its valuations. Barely see an upside unless its heading for record breaking earnings every quarter from here
