Electrical engineering technology-control system

Hey everyone,

I’m interested in applying to the Electrical Engineering Technology - Control Systems program at Humber Polytechnic, and I wanted to hear from people who are currently in the program or already graduated from it.

I’m mainly trying to get a realistic idea of what to expect once classes start. How difficult is the workload? What kinds of courses or labs are usually the most challenging?

I’d also love to know what skills or mindset helped you succeed in the program. For example, are strong math or programming skills really important before starting, or do they teach everything from the beginning?

Any advice, experiences, or things you wish you knew before entering the program would be really appreciated.

Also, please feel free to DM me anytime,

Thank.
