I recently spent alot of time making this addon, and i think it turned out great! I even used it to make the logo! currently its hardware accelerated and creates glass panels with a bunch of customization for each panel (blur,theme,bevel size, etc)! its completely open-source and I encourage you guys to make your own modifications and share recommendations and ideas!
