Really considering making the switch from Win11 on my gaming rig to SteamOS with the official announcement and Valve now encouraging folks to use it on custom rigs.

Has anyone done it recently? How is the performance? All the benchmarks i see seem to be like 5-6 months old and not sure how that holds up.

Specs:

- Ryzen 9 9950x3d

- 9070xt 16gb

- 64gb Ram

-2tb NVME Boot Drive Gen 5

- 4tb NVME Game Drive Gen 4

its running windows now and its fine... but I LOVE SteamOS on my legion go and have tried bazzite in the past but i was shocked by the number of games that didnt want to cooperate for me (RDR2, Ghosts of Tushima, etc)
