Are sleep sacks not allowed in California Centers? When we first opened our center, almost three years ago, I was told no swaddling- hands and legs have to be able to freely move so sleep sacks are the best option. Now, I was informed sleep sacks are banned. I tried to look it up in the Tittle 22 handbook but cannot find anything that mentions sleep sacks. Only no swaddling. If it is now banned can someone show me where it says that in the hand book? I know sleep sacks are mentioned in safe sleeping guidelines so why would they be banned?
