Is this normal?

My juvenile axolotl is 9m old. Since I got him at 8 weeks, his water parameters have always been perfect aside from one slight nitrate spike in the beginning that was corrected with Prime, and resolved. I monitor parameters with a master kit, as well as axolotl test strips for double checking.

Since yesterday, I have noticed this repetitive gill flicking, which I have not noticed before this. I double tested parameters this morning, as well as last night when it started & they’re perfect.
0ppm of nitrate, nitrates, ammonia, CACO3 & Chlorine. Alkalinity is 110ppm & pH is 7.4

His tank is very clean, I did let my youngest son clean the outside glass today & the 4K video is showcasing that he did a shit job 😂 he’s eating normally, he seems fine otherwise.

Help please 🙏

Edit: The automated comment said I should post a photo of water parameters, which I didn’t know I needed before posting. Our axolotls tank is a 20g L. Currently cycling a 40g to upgrade soon. (He was less than an inch long when I got him) He is about 8-9 inches long now. I change the water as needed, with a minimum of 50% weekly. His water is consistently 58° with a cooling fan that adjusts based on temp readings.
