Random insurances showing up on MyChart
I recently qualified for Medicaid. They tried to end my coverage because I have other insurance, but I don’t. It turned out to be something called UMR United that I’ve somehow had since 2022. That would’ve been from before I was even 18. I thought I got it fixed, but today when I went to pick up my medication at the pharmacy they said they couldn’t charge Medicaid because I have other insurance, but it doesn’t tell them what the other insurance is. I checked my MyChart and it looks like UMR United ended April 30th of this year, but then I also noticed another insurance on there I didn’t sign up for. It says I had United Healthcare from 3/31/26-5/10/26. I’m really confused where these came from and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about it.
