I started a 7-day free diamond trail and I loved it. Today my card was charged with 400 ron (about 88.70 American dollars) for a diamond subscription for a year on chess.com , I never bought it , it automatically paid itself. Now i want to refund it, I went in support , I told what i need and the robot doesn't want to respond . What i can do?(i tried many times to talk with the robot on difrent chats too?
