Accepting time off due to injury
I've had a flare up of a previous injury. Its happened before, I took some weeks off and was back to fighting fit.
Since then, I've been taking my training and nutrition more seriously but the injury has returned. I'm finding it far harder to accept I need to have time off. The injury location is in a place that impacts so many movements and difficult to train around but I just can't face the idea of stopping my training for it. I may try and do some cardio but that just doesn't hit the spot like weights do.
I also feel like a fraud continuing to keep my protein intake high, like I don't deserve to because I'm not training.
I just need some advice accepting this, if anyone had any kind words, I would be grateful.
