Maybe someone else has run into this guitar. My family inherited an older acoustic recently from a deceased family member. I was certain that it was an Alvarez of some sort (probably from the 70s) but I have not seen another Alvarez online with this shape headstock. I included a closeup of the headstock, the label inside the guitar, and some old-school looking electronic controls.

I have searched online for a guitar like this (Alvarez 5072) with this headstock and come up empty-handed. I am wondering if it is potentially a clone or knock-off? Or if Alvarez ever tinkered with their headstock shape?

If anyone has any kind of idea / clue / lead, I would most appreciate it. It is a great player of a guitar. Thanks in advance.
