Read before you sign!
Just went shopping at the safeway on 28th, where there is a group soliciting voter signatures. They draw people in claiming to want to "improve the roads without raising taxes." After asking, it turns out this means taking away from public transit and bike initiatives to fill potholes.
Their sign also said they were pro "voter ID laws" and "right to use fossil fuels."
It seems like there were some people signing without asking about what they were signing. One of the soliciters couldn't even answer any of my basic questions and seemed to just expect me to sign.
