Body recomp after 2 yrs no training advice?
hey guys
im getting back into fitness, i stopped due to a bunch of factors but im trying to prioritise it again.
At the moment, im basically skinny fat, 50kg, 5’1 female, 20 yrs old. so trying to build up my glutes and quads again and lose fat so i tone out nicely
my current routine that i started last week is;
- Monday: Lower Body (Glute & Quad Focus)
- Tuesday: Upper Body & Deep Core
- Thursday: Lower Body (Glute & Hamstring Focus)
- Friday or Saturday: Upper Body & Deep Core
and 6-10k steps a day, 75-100g protein and maintenance calories.
my body responds quite fast to training and my goal is a significant change 6 weeks, which i have done before, and then a close to total recomp by 12-16/20 weeks. Im trying to also utilise on my muscle memory and newbie gains.
So if there are any tips or things i should change/im wrong about here to achieve that id appreciate the help as im so out of practice!
