Uworld vs aamc for mcat advice needed
Hello everyone! I would appreciate if anyone would be able to provide some advice.
I’m planning to take my MCAT on August 21st, so I basically have a little under 3 months left to study. This is going to be my last time writing the MCAT, and I really want to give it my absolute best.
For some context:
* In 2024, I used Uglobe and got a 126 c/p
* In 2025, I self studied mostly using AAMC materials and 122 c/p dropped to 122
* Both years, my BB section was 125.
The reality is that both times I had a lot going on personally, and I honestly wasn’t able to study the way I wanted to. This year, I’m trying to approach things differently and be much more focused.
I wanted to ask for advice from people who’ve been through this already. Do you guys think purchasing Uglobe again is worth it, or should I mainly stick to AAMC materials? I was thinking maybe doing 1 month of Uw and then spending the rest of the time focused on AAMC.
I’m a little low on budget right now, so I’d really only buy Uw again if it’s truly worth it. I can use my savings if needed, but I’d really appreciate advice or any suggestions from people who improved their scores.
