This is my first post here and I’m new to the whole press on nail life. I’m 52 and not real hip on modern beauty trends and such. Anyway, I find almost all brands or styles are too curved and it’s hard to get them to sit flush on my natural nails. Is there a way I can adjust the press on so it is less curved? A way to safely heat them to bend them out a bit?

Also, is there a specific file I should use to file down the sides of the nail if it is too large for my natural nail?
