Schedule F - Remuneration posted publicly
Question for excluded staff, are the recent salary jumps part of the retroactive pay adjustment? The Schedule F remuneration have been publicly posted, and I noticed some of our colleagues went from around $89K in 2024 to about $101K in 2025, which is roughly a 13.5% increase. I have another colleague and pay was posted for $89K, was making 70kish 2024. Is this what employees mean when they refer to retroactive pay, or wage corrections? Or are these separate salary step increases? Just trying to do deep diving analysis on pay increases and also looking at few role appointments. Say if one got hired 2023 and did not receive an increase for 3 years, is that 3% increased each year then?
