I’m having a dull ache in my other testicle. I had my first cancer in July 2023. I don’t feel any lumps at all and recently had a blood marker test done 3 weeks ago and a MRI scan (pelvis, abdomen) 5-6 months ago (Slight hydrocele)

could this be an early symptom of a new cancer? Just wanted to hear some of you guys who’s lost both due to cancer how did you end up finding out? Feeling lump? Scan?

Do you guys normally get touchless car washes? Will a normal one cause micro scratches? I don’t have the matte version, only “Cyber Gray” color.
