Hi All,

I recently received my ILR and am now looking to apply for citizenship for my UK-born child (6 months). I found that the application requires two referees. I checked with both our GP and health visitor, but unfortunately they declined.

One of the referees needs to know the child in a professional capacity, but I’m not sure who could do this in our case, especially since she doesn’t attend nursery yet.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? If so, how did you manage to find a suitable referee?
