Hey,

I inherited a CR10V3 printer from a colleague, who couldn't get it to work after a failed firmware flash (think he tried to update after installing an auto bed-leveler.
Im thinking of just going back to stock, but I cant find the firmware anywhere, according to Creality Support I need a *.bin file, but I can only find *.hex file.
But since my computer cant find the printer through USB, then I cant make it work (or am I stupid?).

It's running v2.5.2 motherboard.

Anyone got a suggestion / solution?
