How do you categorise or identify which company's design assessment to do, because im exhausted doing their work and then publishing all under tight guidelines only to get ghosted.

yes ghosted, not even a " sorry youre out " even after asking multiple times.

i know the basics like do some research on companies, i do and most of the times they are in very early / immature stage, and i think its fine because for a starting position with quite low experience i dont expect any big companies to hire me. although i maybe wrong thats why asking for some clarity here, how should i approach this?
