Most quoting platforms stop after sending the PDF. That’s where the real problem starts.

Been thinking about this a lot lately.

Most contractors already have a way to create quotes. Xero, ServiceM8, PDFs, whatever works for them.

But after the quote gets sent, visibility disappears.

Did the client even read it?
Are they interested?
Should you follow up?
Or are you wasting your time chasing a dead lead?

That post-quote gap seems to be where a lot of jobs quietly disappear.

Been building something focused specifically on that stage — tracking engagement, automating follow-up, and helping contractors understand which quotes are actually worth pursuing.

Curious how others here currently handle follow-up after sending quotes?

I’m looking for 5–10 service business owners or contractors to test a new MVP around quote follow-up and customer ghosting.

It is not a general CRM or quoting tool. It is focused on the stage after a quote is sent — helping the business understand whether the customer is engaged, has questions, needs follow-up, or is probably not worth chasing.

I’m looking for blunt feedback on whether the flow is clear, where it feels confusing, and whether the dashboard gives useful next actions.
