Any experience on this.

When I was young, I was taken away from my parents and had to go to therapy. I went an all my clinical notes say " I miss my mom"

About 2 years ago, I was in a hostile work environment really bad and decided to talk about it with my pcp. Pcp referred me to therapist and the working diagnosis was "major depressive disorder". I only went to 1 appointment and never went back. I was never given medication or anything.

What are my chances??

Has anybody put there current job on fmla or resigned totally? Not sure what to do. Any experiences?
