I would like to open a garden center within the next 2 years. There isn't one near within a 15-minute radius. I live close to many landscapers. What are you most recommended wholesalers for live plants and for items like pots, garden decor, etc? Thanks!
Also, does anyone here have a landscaping business with their garden center? You can also sell landscaping services with the plants that you provide, having a whole team to go out and provide maintenance services as well.
My dad will eventually be stepping down from his landscaping business, so I thought it would be a good idea to merge. However, I wanted to see if anyone is actively doing this and how it's working for you.
