ASA change

Does anybody know the meaning behind the Presidents vague LinkedIn post about ASA changes.

I may just be silly but it he made it seem like we should be able to access these changes or somehow formed an opinion about them

I’m a big fat failure. I fail a lot, and I get dejected a lot!
