Muscle Loss

Since the start of this journey I have followed the advice of prioritising protein in every meal. For the past 2 weeks though, I haven’t been hitting my protein goal. This morning I weighed myself and my scales registered a 0.6lb muscle loss over the past week. I went back to last week’s stats and saw that I lost 0.5lb of muscle over the previous week too.

My muscle mass is still well into the excellent range, so I’m not too concerned that I’m wasting away, but is this a lot to lose in 2 weeks or am I overthinking it? Would 2 weeks of reduced protein intake be enough to lose 1.1 lbs of muscle?
