What’s your imaging modality?

Hi I’m currently looking into x ray tech programs but my area has some not so good options without a big commute (which ofc means an even bigger potential commute for the clinical bit). I’ve considered doing x ray tech for a while and then maybe switching to a different specialty later like MRI or CT. Now im wondering if I should look for programs that go straight to one of those. I’m curious what you do and what you like about your specific modality. Thanks !

Also for added context if it matters I’m in SoCal and not really wanting to be on a massive waitlist / point system

What brands do you recommend shopping from?

Howdy yall ! Like the title says, I am looking for brands that I can buy clothes from. BEFORE you comment to thrift or DIY - I know these options exist ! I frequently check my local thrift stores and resell apps , I have dabbled in DIY and altering clothes on my own etc.

I am specifically looking for alternative fashion brands that you like for buying. I get advertisements for things here and there but everything gets scammy quick when it comes to alt fashion as I’m sure you have seen- and I do not want to purchase anything I’ll end up regretting for one reason or another (duh lol) so I am looking for y’all’s suggestions :).

I’m well aware I can just wear the clothes “ for men “ but I’d love any recommendations that are more tailored for AFAB bodies if possible- but again I’ll take any suggestions you have! I am generally interested in grunge / early 2000s rock and nu metal scene energy and stuff like cybersigilism. Though I am not the biggest fan of how most clothing for women / AFABs that has a cybersigilism design is full of rhinestones or sparkles. ( Note: I think these kind of designs are super cute !! I just do not like them for myself )
Many brands like YoungLa ( who I get ads for often ) have designs that are more my speed for men, but the women oriented pieces are just workout gear. ( yes I’m being picky please bear with me ). I also of course like the pieces that give Morticia Addams energy.

I’m more so interested in options for shirts hoodies and maybe dresses, not so much pants. I also have sensory issues due to my autism so many of those cute dresses or mesh tops with parts that show flowers or vine designs are a nightmare to wear but I do think they are very cute. So any recommendations on sensory friendly pieces that look nice too would be great.

TLDR : I am looking for your go to brands for actually buying clothes. Bonus points for sensory friendly, options with a lack of bedazzles, or brands you repeatedly go back to.

I’m typing this on my phone so please forgive any typos and such. I also ramble so apologies for that !!! Thanks !
