Is the 55-200mm AF-S DX a good investment on a D5000?

I have an D5000 since Christmas this year and I’ve taken some basic 30K FT aircraft shots on my 18-105. Now I was going through eBay for a small upgrade in the 120€ Budget and found a 55-200mm for around a 100€. Should I save up and invest in it or should I not?
