Hibiscus was fine until the last week or so, it’s been dropping a lot of buds but still has some that bloom. Now the leaves are also yellowing. Idk what to do or how to fix it! It gets about 6 hours of sunlight a day and I water it daily so that the soil is moist. I looked for pests on it and under the leaves but I don’t see any. Please help!

I have 3 pumpkin plants currently. I actually didn't plant them, they grew from old pumpkins from last fall. I think squirrels probably buried the seeds. I was excited to see they were growing. I now have one pretty good sized plant and the other 2 are small. I just got a notification from my HOA that I have prohibited plants growing in common area and I have to remove them as they state they “attract pests and rodents, create a safety and tripping hazard and that they interfere with routine maintenance since they're sprawling vegetable plants.” Do you think they'll go into shock and die if I dig them up? They said they will be removed by maintenance or I can move them into a pot and grow them on my deck. So aggravating.
