Hi, I am really new to IEMs and recently got a pair (Truthear ZERO:RED). They were working perfectly until today. After noticing that only the left IEM was working, I unplugged everything and saw that the 2 pin connector of the right IEM got pushed inside (see image). Does anyone know how it could've possibly happen ? And is there any possible fix (if not warranty is still available).
