Hi there! I want to know if I can swap the whole front-end module from a Ge volsuon e8 bt 21 Ec 360, to a Ge voluson e8 bt 19, Ec 340.
I kept looking everywhere, but can't find any information about this matter

I'm a new technician in the field of medical devices ( Ultrasound machines), and I'm having a bit of an issue. I tried to connect a basic hp laser jet m109-m112 printer to a GE Voluson E10 bt 21, and it doesn't work. I tried the same thing on a Voluson S10 Expert and it worked, but that one is running windows 7, the E10 is running windows 10. My best guess is the printer is just incompatible with the E10. I don't have the USB service dongle thingy to go into the windows mode and try things there.
Should I just give up and try to find another compatible printer?
