Can't buy the last Kuromi Cookie copy in the Sanrio Event Shop due to level cap?

Hi everyone!

I ran into an issue in the Sanrio Collab Event Shop and was wondering if anyone else experienced this or knows a solution/workaround.

I bought almost all the Kuromi Cookie copies to max her out. I received 1 free copy earlier, so now I only need 1 more copy to reach Max Level.

However, the normal shop offer exchanges x5 copies at once for event currency. Because I only need 1 copy to hit the max limit, the game blocks the purchase and shows the message "You don't have enough to exchange for this!" (even though I have enough currency for single items or standard purchases).

Is there any way to buy just 1 copy, or is there a specific place to report this bug to Devsisters?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Why is it so hard to show the actual, current trophy count in the friends/profile list?

Right now, players like bloodsport show 64K trophies in the list, even though their real trophy count is around 70K–80K. It’s super misleading and feels completely broken. Can you please sync the trophy display so it shows live/real-time numbers everywhere?

Devsisters fix the achievements!!!

Hey Devsisters, could you please fix the achievements in CookieRun: Crumble? Some of them seem to be broken and don't work properly. I hope they'll be fixed soon. Thanks!

Cookie Run Crumble и её убитая динамика

Первые впечатления от Cookie Run: Crumble.
