Hello! First post here.

I have guests over for my famous burgers in a few days, and thought it would be fun to serve a set menu with wine pairings. All burgers are smash burgers with cheese and onion, and will be served in order as a three course meal.

How would you improve this menu?

Stoner burger

Cream cheese, chili, pickled red onion

Wine: Pinot noir

Street burger

Dijon and tomato

Wine: Cotes du rhone

BBQ burger

Sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, bacon, cornichon

Wine: Barolo
