I think Islamic Prayer Features Would Fit Ollee Surprisingly Well
I’ve been seriously considering getting an Ollee mod for my Casio A159W because I love the idea of a minimal retro watch with modern functionality instead of a full smartwatch.
One feature that I think would fit Ollee incredibly well is Islamic prayer time support.
Not necessarily a full “Islamic smartwatch,” but something lightweight and elegant like:
• Next prayer countdown
• Optional vibration/beep reminders
• Hijri date
• Sunrise/sunset info
• Ramadan mode
• Prayer notifications synced from the phone
I actually think this matches the philosophy of Ollee really well:
quiet technology, low distraction, useful daily rhythm, long battery life.
There are millions of Muslims who love classic Casio watches, and there really isn’t a modern minimalist watch that combines retro design with subtle prayer support.
Even basic support would honestly make Ollee very unique.
Would anyone else here be interested in something like this?
