RTX 5070ti, Ultra 9 275HX, 1GB SSD, 32GB DDR5 5600mhz

It is at stock, Processor Performance Boost Mode is Enabled under power plan settings. Scores seem very low compared to others I have seen? Using the Flydigi BS2 Pro cooling pad.

UPDATE: I uninstalled Intel XTU and now it seems to be boosting fine and the scores are more in line with others. It was only boosting to around 3.2, even though I've never used Intel XTU it was obviously affecting it.
