Push Mower - Recommendations

I have a .25 acre lawn (5b). The service I use today sucks as they have a ride on mower and do a terrible job. I want to get a push mower (ideally Toro) and ensure I have solid stripes. Do I buy new? Can I still get good width with stripes if I get lower than 30” deck? Do I need the stripe attachment to accomplish this…

Help diagnose (Zone 5B)

Too much water, sun, or both? I installed irrigation and am hyper sensitive to whether my plants are getting too much water.. these hydrangeas were planted in April from a reputable nursery. Note however my limelight trees are doing very well but they were planted last spring..
