SFAS PT handbook still a good training tool?
Found this randomly sitting in a bookstore and had to pick it up. Didn’t even know these were publicly floating around. For anyone who’s gone through SFAS or used this handbook before, is it still a solid tool for training/prep today or is most of the info outdated now? I’m mainly overall usefulness compared to current prep methods.
