I'm 4 1/2 weeks out of stage 2 (implants & revision)

I've been starting massaging now that my incisions have fully closed. I was nervous to do it early because I didn't want to open the wounds by messing with them while they were still delicate.

I'm wondering if there's anything else I can use besides just my hands to break up the scar tissue, like a massage gun type of thing?? The thick tissues are already beginning to soften but I just kind of wanna loosen them up as quickly possible cys the tugging of tightness in certain areas is pretty uncomfortable
