Power up 12/15/15 or 14/11/13 Shadow Larvitar?
Just getting back into the game after a long hiatus. 5-year-old son interested in Pokemon. We're not super competitive, so I'm just trying to get useful Pokemon for battles cause he likes the fighting aspect (raids, gyms, Team Rocket).
Have been hunting for shadow larvitars and we've gotten some pretty bad ones. The best ones are the ones in the post. Should we start dumping stardust into either of them, or keep hunting? From my understanding, it looks like shadow versions are in general much stronger than their non-shadow versions already. I think I have a 100%, and a 95% and some other 90% IV non-shadow Tyranitars. Is one of these shadow versions decent enough to add to the team or should we keep hunting? If so, is the breakpoint still level 30 or 35?
