We purchased two original models of this style, which are different in size.

They were used for detailed comparison and sizing.

Those who have purchased CH products know that,

due to the handmade craftsmanship and shrinkage of CH products,

there are reasonable individual differences in the depth of the engraved characters and the degree of vintageing.

The following two original models are used as examples; the vintageing effects are significantly different.

One is heavier and the other is lighter, with engraved characters that are one thick and one thin.

The original leather material we were anticipating for delivery last November has arrived.

This brand does not produce genuine leather;

instead, they select specific types of leather hides from Italy,

perform post-treatment processes, and then sell them.

So when we got our hands on it, it was already finished leather.

Many people can find distributors to place orders, and the difficulty does not lie there.

It's just that this leather material is occasionally released in irregular quantities.

We had secured a batch five months ago.

The leather material currently ordered has arrived and is being cut into large pieces for shipment.

We are taking out a little bit of it to take photos for comparison [efforts]

Samples made from fabrics of different colors are now available.

The correct colors are being printed on color cards, and all the fabric patches are ready.

Dyeing can begin after confirming the color cards.

This year, we have newly collaborated with several large-scale factories.

The sample garment shown below was made by one of them.

Regardless of the degree of restoration, just looking at the cutting and processing,

the whole piece of clothing is well-proportioned.

So clothes made by these factories

can basically be approved for the second or third draft after minor revisions.

Suggestions for modification have been pointed out in the following image, and the next draft can be confirmed [Efforts are being made]

The large piece is being hand-polished.

Since it has an open-loop structure similar to a wedding ring and is adjustable,

we base it on the original 8-inch size we purchased.

Before shipping, we will adjust the base size according to the measurements taken by everyone.

Using specialized tools, we can expand or contract the base size.

Before each ring leaves the factory,

it will be inspected one by one by us for defects.

Defects such as insufficient oxidation or being too heavy, shrinkage causing breaks, etc.

We will pick out any flaws,

so the scrap rate is also a significant loss 😭.
