I tried to transfer my photos from my sd card to my phone using one of those portable card readers and now all my photos are I think corrupted and I have no idea how to fix it.

Some extra context: I can click on the photos on my phone but it's only like a little bar of photo and the rest of the photo is just grey.

Please tell me this is fixable...
