ive made a bet placer for crypto bookies which uses betburger's api and unofficial api's of crypto bookies to place them. what ive been seeing is that no opportunity last more than 5-6 seconds. my code locates the bet on bookie in like 3-4 secs but like even placing a bet programmatically in there is also almost impossible then how are people placing these bets manually? am i missing out on something or is it really like that? please help me with your answers. ill really appreciate that.

im using free tier betburger which only shows arbs below 1%, is it because of that or wht?
