On March 2nd 2026 I purchased a certmaster course to renew my security + cert. This was my second time purchasing it. My card was charged with the $200, but I never received the confirmation email, and the purchase didn't appear on the store purchase history. I called the support number, got redirected to email support, and there began a 15 day streak of back and forth leading nowhere, it came to a point where the support guy altered some of the many receipts I sent, and said they were proof I used a completely unknown, random email address. After insisting 3 consecutive times on getting the issue escalated he went silent on March 19th.

March 31st I ask for follow up, someone different replies, recaps and acknowledges the issue and says they will investigate.

April 20th I ask for an update, get no response.

Today I ask for an update, no response yet.

My cert is long expired at this point.

Who, what power, what office or department can I call to get to someone that can listen, weight evidence and act on it?

I worked at 2 call centers and I understand how things get to that point, where you purposefully ignore, misinterpret, act obtuse, dense and ignorant in order to make customers whose issues aren't easy to solve give up in order to protect your metrics and your bonus.
