Hey everyone,

I have around 4 years of experience in AI/ML and GenAI, currently working on projects related to LLMs, RAG, automation, and backend AI systems.

Currently at 20 LPA and recently got an offer close to 32 LPA. Wanted to understand from people in the industry — does this align well with the current AI/ML market standards for 4 YOE?

Would appreciate honest insights from the community.
