Was curious about the pheno and if it was named after the fruity flavor or perhaps the flowers turning pink? Because my Sour Banana Burst at day 60 seems to be going pink!! I’ve grown some purple stuff before but I’ve never grown anything pink before, this one’s a beauty!

SBB reeks of gassy/chemmy bananas!!
Basecamp smells as funky as can be but in a great way, sort of reminds me of dark fruit
These ladies got a vacation from the tent for a few minutes for a trim so I snagged a couple pics. The basecamp has an odd, very funky smell when giving her a rub. Not unpleasant at all, just quite different, almost like fermented fruit/cheese or something. The Sour Banana Burst is smelling all gas with a definite kick of banana coming through on the back end. 💚

Now on to week 8!
Just ended week 6 for the Sour Banana Burst and Banana Basecamp. Stretch seems over and they are starting to swell those flowers. The basecamp has had larger sized flowers from the start but the SBB is far frostier at this age. Both are good sized plants standing just over 3 ft from the floor. Both smell very gassy! Fingers crossed I can pull some banana terps on these f1’s!

These girls are racing each other at this point. The Sour Banana Burst (front left) has more than caught up to the Banana Basecamp (back right) even though she seemed a few days slower in the early stages. Starting to get a chemmy/gassy smell starting 🤤
