Gallery+ costs me €25 a month

Yeah, with electricity costing me 0.3-0.4€ a kwh, the gallery+ feature runs me a hefty sum each month

Eventhough imsuper grateful for lg for givin me a trial subscription to try out gallery+ and share my thoughts with the community i don't think this feature is for me

There are a couple things to keep in mind. like it is cool but is it 5 bucks a month cool? I thinkn its up to each person to decide. also one big thing i noticed is the power consumption. if you have it set to the highest brightness with those really bright pictures the tv is pullin like almost 200w. so if u just leave it on as an art piece all day ur lookin at an extra 1-2kw a day. at 30-40 cents a kwh that definitely starts adding up fast on the monthly bill.

One biggest upside is like before it was just this huge ugly black box takin up space but now it actually feels like part of the decor which is cool.

the colors look really sharp because of the oled panel and switching up of the art every once in a while. i really like how it makes the room feel less empty.

i think what would be awesome is if lg just bundled a 6 or 12 month sub with the tv purchase so people can actually use it for a while. it would give u enough time to see if u actually use the feature enough to make it worth the monthly cost later on.

Got the board in Q1 of 2024. Wouldnt say i abused the board but I did ride it on some rough trails over the years.

I was sure that Samsung 50S cells it has inside would degrade significantly over the years, I was getting about 45km of range when I got it. Now I would get anywhere from 37-40km depending on how often I stop and accelerate. So about 85-88% of capacity is left after 2.5 years.

I owned almost 10 boards since 2020 and most of them start to fail on the 1.5-2 year mark. But on the Cavalry so far I only changed tires, bearings and belts.

I also opened up the battery enclosure and it didn't even find much sand or dust inside, so the way its engineered leaves barely any space for water to get into battery and esc. So I would consider it even more reliable as my Acedeck N3 which is a very solid board in terms of build quality

I would say the only thing that can get better with this board is the price which barely changed since It got released.

They also say that the MSRP of that board is 1989$, which im confident they never actually sold it for that much.
