Base for Resin Shed on Rocky Ground — Excavation Not Possible

I'm planning a base for a resin storage shed and need some advice on leveling it.

Excavation is not possible in this location. The area contains rocky high-desert soil; large river stones are embedded in the topsoil, and there are tree roots. There is a few inches difference between the highest and lowest parts of the ground. Digging down to create a level pad or trench for a wood frame is simply not feasible. Injuries to my back, neck, and pelvis also prevent me from even trying to pry up the river stone and cut roots.

In the pictures, the shed will be installed where the artificial grass currently is. The turf will be removed and relocated. The other pictures are from a different place in the backyard, as an example of what's under the fake grass.

My plan is to build a paver-stone patio base using a pressure-treated wood frame. Most guides recommend leveling the frame with bricks or blocks, but because of the embedded stones, the supports won't sit flush to the wood frame. Putting gravel or crushed rock under individual bricks or blocks doesn't seem like a stable long-term solution.

Given that excavation is not possible, what are my options for creating a level, stable base for the frame and pavers? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation when digging isn't an option?
