Does a TDIU claim double as filing for an increase?
I'm in the middle of filing for TDIU 3 years after my initial claim at the VA. Two of my conditions were and still are rated at 0% but this I think was the result of me not really understanding the C&P process at the time, so I messed up during the exam. I filed for TDIU with the assumption that I would also get another C&P ordered which would give me the opportunity to get my increases, but now I'm thinking that may not be the case? Should I be filing for increases separate from my TDIU claim?
