My wife (32) and I (35) are very burnt out from our decent paying tech jobs. Want to sabbatical/coast/LeanFi

We are so burnt out we want to move to her home country Cambodia and just chill, it costs $1k a month there for both of us and we have free housing.

Overall: $870k NW, heavy real estate

Rentals $1.2k a month passive income after expenses

- 5 doors, $1.5M worth/ $1M mortgages ($500k equity)

$150k liquid - cash, stocks

$150k retirement

$70k house in Cambodia which we will live in and turn into an airbnb that will make ~$600 a month, conservatively

Plan is to keep pushing until Feb '27 - get our rentals buttoned down tackling big expenses. Keep a room in her parents house in the US for free.

Things are thin, expenses = passive with little buffer, but we could both contract or do something on the side and building slow equity/appreciation from rentals.

Feels like throwing it all away but after a decade in tech, we are tired boss.

Am I crazy? Because I think I will be if I stay put.

What should I do with my RBA now that I quit. It's vested with a one time payment amount listed. What are my options?
