They appeared to be far away, to my mind, however, I knew they were near me. I could feel the heat on my flesh.
The same, with the noises. They were loud but I could not hear them. I sensed them. They vibrated in my body. It was hard to think. Hard to believe that I was out of control…

…I had to believe! I KNEW that I must get control. Something important was happening and I needed to be present and accountable.
I needed the attention of the lights. They hovered about me. About Everything! They shone on my face, in my ears, under my clothing, and between my limbs.
They shone on my skin, within my skin. I feel that the vibrations, the NOISE might be coming from them. Are they rearranging my cells? I feel a… heat like fire but, not pain. It is under my skin. In my eyes, my mouth! The vibrations and heat are under my fingernails.etc….].
