Planning Permission Dimensions for Furniture Planning
I've signed the contract for a new build that is still a couple months away from the property completion date, but I haven't gotten exact dimensions for the house despite requesting it a number of times at this stage.
They have approximate dimensions for a normal 4-bed in the development but mine is a corner unit with a different layout and also supposed to be slightly bigger.
Managed to find dimensions for the house in one of the documents submitted in the planning application, but unsure if I should buy furniture in accordance with this since the estate agent had said the house is 138sqm despite the dimensions in the proposed plans stating 145sqm.
Are the proposed plans something I can rely on? I'm eager to put an order in for a sofa as the lads at the shop mentioned it'll take up to 18 weeks to make them and I would prefer to have them in not long after we get flooring sorted.
